Appointment Policy

All patients are seen by appointment. Walk-ins will be seen only if the schedule allows and precedence will be given to scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We pride ourselves on working out affordable financial arrangements. A detailed written fee estimate is provided upon your pet's admission for hospitalization or surgical care. In most cases we require a deposit prior to all procedures with the balance due at discharge. Payment may be made by cash, check, debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
